Liggy and Sean – The Chainstore

Their day happened at the Chainstore at Trinity Buoy Wharf. A venue which is pretty much a blank canvas for you to do with as you wish. And Liggy and Sean did just that by going for a forest feel but inside. This was even topped off by the guests being able to pot their own herbs in the ‘potting shed’. A little corner with trowels, compost and little pots. Truly unique and something we’ve never seen before.

fter the ceremony the guests were all treated to a little trip on an old paddle steamer along the Thames. I’m not going to lie to you, Julie and I get seasick at the best of times and this is even worse when shooting on a camera with a stabilized lens. Your head is going all over the place but what you see is all nice and stable.

Back on dry land again and the party was ready to start with THE BIGGEST DISCO BALL IN THE WORLD!!! Honestly, it was like a moon (that’s no moon, it’s a space station!) hanging over everyone’s head and throwing little shards of light that make you want to dance.

For the couple shots we tagged along and headed up to the top of the lighthouse for a truly unique view of London and the O2. A perfect chance I thought for a wonderful silhouette shot. I’m quite chuffed with how it turned out.

Not so long ago we filmed Liggys sister Hannah and Chris who got married at Wasing Park in Berkshire.
