it happened one night

WE'VE TOLD A LOT OF STORIES OVER THE YEARS. EACH UNIQUE IN ITS OWN WAY. WE'D LOVE TO TAKE YOU THROUGH THEM ALL. THOUGH, FOR SAKE OF EXPEDIENCY, HERE ARE A SELECT FEW TO GET YOU STARTED.

Jessica and Andrew

This is the story of Jessica and Andrew. A vision of beauty and a gentle giant who had their destination wedding week on the island of St Maarten in the Caribbean. They wanted us to tell more than just the story of their wedding day but that of their wedding week. We hung around as they welcomed everyone at the opening beach party where everyone danced and ate creole cooking. We swam along side them as they snorkeled just off a private island (and again ate creole cooking). We then shared their
wedding day as the sun went down and everyone took a dip in the pool while still in their wedding outfits. They totally made their wedding their own, not only did they say custom, heartfelt vows but Jessica’s own brother performed the union. By the end of the week we were all tired but felt so much better for sharing this experience together. The challenge then for us was to create a highlights which could capture all aspects of their week and still keep the vibe they had throughout.

Carly and Simon

This is the story of Carly and Simon, who got married at the Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey. Carly first contacted us about a year before the wedding, and told us about her plans for the day. It was at this point that we realised that her husband to be was Simon Davies, a Premier League footballer who played for Fullham in the UK. We had also filmed their friends wedding a few months before so they had seen us in action already. The really unique part about the day was the ceremony. We had found out from Great Fosters that they had been trying
to have a ceremony outside for a number of years, but the elements had always been against them. But on Carly and Simons day, the sun put its hat on and came out to play all day.The most moving part of the day, was Simons speech. It didn’t really feel like it was a speech, more of a testament to his new wife; he spoke of her achievements and his devotion to their future together. It was moving to the core, and we knew that this would be the main feature of their story.

Emma and Gavin

This is the story of Emma and Gavin, who got married at the St Pancras Renaissance in London. Emma and Gavin had a Jewish faith wedding and an epic party. The excitement of walking down the aisle is one thing but for Emma she got to climb the beautiful staircase which is a centre piece of
this 5 star hotel. As with most Jewish wedding’s, Emma and Gavin got to see each other before the ceremony in the badeken where Gavin can be seen with a tear in his eye at this wonderful first sight of his beautiful bride.

Reena and Linesh

This is the story of Reena & Linesh, who got married in the gardens at Syon Park in West London.
