A few weeks ago we filmed Karen and Steve’s wedding at the Priory Barn, Little Wymondley near Hitchin in Hertfordshire. A beautiful barn conversion made the perfect setting for their wedding.
Karen and Steve originally wanted filming from the ceremony onwards but after meeting with them we just knew her dress and bridal prep would be something that just had to be seen on their video and we weren’t disappointed. Karen’s dress had the classic elegance but without being like a meringue with a lovely lace up back. There were a few laughs during her makeup, infact so many we couldn’t decide which ones to include in the highlights.
The barn itself was lovely with a nice big garden for us to glide around in. The weather remained traditionally British and went from sunny to overcast to rainy to bright sun to clouds which played havoc with our lighting. Still, it didn’t stop us from getting some amazing shots.
As with all highlights its hard to cram it all into one sequence, we had speeches, more photos and guests which we just couldn’t fit in but will deffinatlly make it to the final DVD.
