Joshua Jackson was born on Saturday 30th January 2010 at 1.55am and weighed 8lb 3oz. We all know that kids grow and change but it wasn’t until we sat down with our good friends and new parents, Simon and Michele that we realised just how much they change. You see, until now all we had...

Well done another step forward for mighty Minty.
Love it. Memories that you will both treasure forever.
Great idea, it’s something I did when my 1st was born in early 2007 and the reason for buying an HD camcorder!
Dan you’ve surpassed yourself – this is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for this, we absolutley love it and what a gorgeous thing to have for Joshua to watch when he’s old enough to and for us to look back on!

Each year we like to produce a little showreel. This is short video made up of footage from the past years wedding’s which shows just what Mintyslippers is all about. It’s a great way to get a feel for what we can produce without watching the many films we have showcased on our blog these...

Hi Julie and Danny
Lovely showreel, illustrates your flowing style beautifully. Especially love the spoken part of the sound track – very moving:)
See you on the next shoot together. S
This is something quite special. We filmed the wedding of Carly and Jon on Friday the 12th and 2 days later we have their highlights. There are two reasons for this. The first is that nearly all of the footage for this highlights is from our new camera. I wont go into the technical details...

With this particular couple their day didnt actually include a highlights. normally we would plan it, pick a song and shoot for the edit but after Carly fell ill we wanted to do something nice.

Absolutely beautiful. You managed to capture such a wonderful atmosphere. Which camera are you using? 7d?
i love it!

If I had to describe the wedding of Elisa & Damian in one word that word would have to be ‘intimate’. Set in the beautiful grounds of St Michaels Manor in St Albans the guests had plenty of space to make their own but also, as the couple had the place to themselves it was...

Thanks Maff, we always look for things like that to try and make shots more interesting.
The shoes on the window ledge forming the same shape as the roof behind them is brilliant.

One thing which helps sets ourselves and other wedding filmmakers apart from you average wedding video is the amount of work which goes into each and every production after the wedding date itself. It would be all too easy to just take the footage, place it on a DVD and call it a wedding video....
